“Allahumma inni as’aluka wa atawajjahu ilayka bi-nabiyyika Muhammadin nabiyyi al-rahmah. Inni tawajjahu bika ila rabbi fi hajati hadhihi lituqdaa li. Allahumma fashaffi‘hu fiyya.”

Translation:
“O Allah, I ask You and turn to You through Your Prophet Muhammad, the Prophet of Mercy. O Muhammad! I turn through you to my Lord in this need of mine, so it may be fulfilled. O Allah, accept his intercession for me.”
